The iconic southjunction Melbourne building was originally designed by Cocks Carmichael Architects and won an RAIA Award of Merit for Institutional Architecture in 1988. It is a bold sculptural composition which successfully addresses the scale of its prime location on Nepean Highway.

The innovative façade design reinforces the strength of the original composition and re-brands the building with a contemporary colour palette of white, charcoal and silver. The newly configured entrance and elegant corporate foyer, complete with a sculpture lounge in the sky lit void space, transform the building into a fully serviced and modern strata office
